On April 10th, our Tuesday Sit will be at Zenchai in the Lower East Side. Meditation led by Kyle Somersall, followed by a circle discussion offering space for us to talk about meaningful things in our lives. The cafe will also be offering drinks and bites for purchase.
This week we'll have a breath meditation that allows you to release stress and tension in the body and feel more grounded in the moment.
